Binge IPTV Terms of Service

1. Service Provision & Instant Activation

Binge IPTV provides high-bandwidth IPTV subscription access for personal domestic entertainment. Upon verified checkout, streaming credentials (Xtream Codes API details and M3U playlist URLs) are dispatched via WhatsApp and email within 3 to 10 minutes.

2. Simultaneous Connection Allowances

Each subscription tier includes a designated number of concurrent streams:

• 1-Screen Subscription: Allows streaming on one active device at any given moment. You may install the playlist across multiple devices, but only stream on one concurrently.
• 2-Screen Household Pass: Allows two simultaneous streams under the same household IP address.
• 3-Screen Family Pass: Allows three simultaneous streams across living room TVs, mobile phones, or tablets.

Exceeding your purchased connection limits may result in automated temporary stream freezing by our cluster balancing software.

3. 99.99% Server Uptime Guarantee

We deploy distributed load-balancing clusters across Denver, Dallas, and Frankfurt to guarantee high stream availability. Scheduled maintenance is conducted during low-traffic overnight hours (03:00–05:00 UTC) with advanced telemetry rerouting.

4. Permitted Use & Resale Restrictions

Consumer subscriptions are intended solely for personal, non-commercial viewing. Re-broadcasting, public exhibition in commercial venues, or unauthorized redistribution is prohibited. Entrepreneurs wishing to resell Binge IPTV must register through our official Reseller Program.
